Tough year, but we'll be back at #1 next year! Damn if we let those New Yorkers keep the title!
Guess the real truth is this -
"amounting to roughly 41 million drivers on the road - would not pass a written drivers test exam if taken today."
I remember shocking my colleague by asking what DUI stands for, while returning from my successful written and drive test :)
